How to Create Open Price Product

You can either edit existing product with open price or create new product with open price

Open price: Refers to the price of certain product is not fixed, instead, it could be change based on some circumstances such as ingredients' market price

Create New Product with Open Price:

• Go to Transactions > Product Library > Product

• Click on

• Enter all the details of the product

• Set product to open price by selecting Open Price

- Quantity and Unit Price: The price is set based on the quantity purchased and the price per individual unit. For example: The unit price of the product is RM10 and customer wants to buy 5 units, so the total price will be: RM10(unit price) * 5(quantity) = RM50

- Quantity and Total Price: The price is set based on the total cost of the certain quantity of product. For example: 10 units of product will cost RM100 in total, the unit price is calculated as Rm100(total price) / 10(quantity) = RM10(unit price)

• Click on  to save

Edit Existing Product to Open Price:

• Go to Transactions > Product Library > Product

• Click on  on the product you want to edit

• Scroll down and find Open Price to set the product to open price
